Beans before brand

We buy single-origin couverture in small lots and taste every delivery before it goes near a mould. If a batch isn't right, it doesn't get made.

02 — Temper

The snap is the proof

Every shell is tempered by hand and checked by ear. That clean break when you bite is the only quality report that matters.

03 — Freshness

Made after you order

Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your box is filled within 48 hours of the order landing, then sent straight out to you.
